Shipping policy

At Wintera, we are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely and on time. To protect the quality of our products and provide an exceptional shopping experience, we have established the following shipping policies:

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be extended. If necessary, we will notify you in advance.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer domestic shipping within Mexico through reliable courier services.
  • We also offer international shipping to the USA, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
    • Domestic (Mexico): 1 to 5 business days.
    • USA: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Wintera is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on orders over 1,500 MXN within Mexico.
  • Shipping costs for other orders are calculated based on location and package weight and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its status at all times.

5. Package Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Wintera is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package cannot be delivered and is returned, the customer must cover the additional re-shipping costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Wintera within 48 hours of receiving the package, including clear photos of the damage.
  • Wintera is not responsible for lost or damaged packages if the customer does not provide sufficient information to file a claim with the courier service.

7. Shipping-Related Returns & Exchanges

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for details on exchanges and returns in case you need to return or replace an item.
